Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. London Dry Gin
1/2 oz. Crème de Poire*
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Allspice Dram* (i.e. St. Elizabeth)
Tonic
Orange wedge for garnish

Instructions:
Add all ingredients except tonic in a Collins glass over cubed ice and stir briefly.  Top with tonic and garnish with an orange wedge.

Bella Donna

The Bella Donna cocktail recipe is a green colored drink made from apple schnapps, melon liqueur, and kiwi syrup, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:
1 oz. Apple Schnapps
3/4 oz. Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz. Kiwi Syrup

Directions:
Shake Apple Schnapps, Melon Liqueur and Kiwi Syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.

1970 Recipe

The 1970 recipe is a refreshing orange colored cocktail made from Tequila, Joseph Cartron triple sec, Cartron No. 7 aperitif, orange juice and lemon juice.

Serve over ice in a rocks glass.

Ingredients

o    1 oz Tequila - Silver
o    2/3 oz Triple Sec (Joseph Cartron)
o    1/2 oz Aperitif (Cartron No 7)
o    2/3 oz Orange Juice
o    2/3 oz Lemon Juice
o    dash Salt
o    1/2 Strawberry - for garnish
o    Garnish: Strawberry, Orange
o    Glass: Rocks Glass

Directions

o    Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
o    Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
o    Garnish with an orange twist and fresh strawberry.

The Midori Colada drink is made from Midori Melon Liqueur, White Rum, Coconut Milk, Pineapple Juice and Lemon Juice, and served in a hurricane or other large stemmed glass.

Ingredients

2 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur
1 oz. White Rum
2 oz. Coconut Milk
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Ice - crushed
Garnish: Pineapple,  Maraschino Cherry



Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Strain into a chilled hurricane glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.

Grapetini Recipe

The Grapetini cocktail recipe is a purple colored drink made from UV grape vodka, lemonade and triple sec, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Grape Vodka (UV Grape)
1 1/2 oz. Lemonade
Splash Triple Sec
Lemon peel for garnish
Glass: Cocktail Glass

Directions:

Shake grape vodka, triple sec and lemonade with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist and/or maraschino cherry.

A Summer Dream

A delicious recipe for a summer dream made with vodka and rum.

Ingredients

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1/2 cup of Pineapple juice

Method

Pour all into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
Stir and top with 7-UP or Fresca. Serve in a long glass.

Ocean Breeze

This version is with Blue Curacao which makes it a pretty color.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Coconut Rum
2 oz. Blue Curacao
Splash of 7-Up or Sprite (lemon-lime soda)
Ice
Cherry or lime for garnish

Instructions:

Fill a large glass or shaker with ice.
Combine Coconut Rum, Blue Curacao & soda.
Shake well.
Pour into a glass filled with ice.

Frozen Melon Madness

The frozen melon madness is a pink drink made from melon schnapps, watermelon schnapps, rum, sour mix and lemon-lime soda, and served in a highball glass.

1/2 oz. Melon Schnapps (DeKuyper)
1/2 oz. Watermelon Pucker
1/2 oz. White Rum (Cruzan)
2 oz. Sour Mix
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 splash Lemon-Lime Soda
1 slice watermelon
Garnish:  Watermelon
Glass: Highball Glass


Directions:

1)  Blend melon schnapps, Watermelon Pucker, white rum, sour mix and ice until smooth.
2)  Pour into a highball glass.
3)  Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda and garnish with a watermelon slice.

Sounds like a refreshing summer/hot weather drink. Also has a pretty color.

Mojito Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. light rum
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 lime
Mint Sprigs
(For an extra kick add a dash of dark rum)

Method:

Squeeze the lime juice into a large chilled glass, add mint and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Fill glass with crushed ice and pour in the rum.
Swizzle until the glass goes frosty.
Garnish with mint and serve with straws.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz. lime juice (squeezed fresh)
1 tsp. superfine sugar
3 mint leaves
2 oz. white rum
Club soda or seltzer
Collins glass

Directions:
1. In a smallish Collins glass, muddle lime juice with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon superfine sugar.
2. Add the few mint leaves, mushing them against the side of the glass.
3. Fill glass 2/3 with cracked ice and pour in the rum.
4. Pitch in the squeezed-out lime shell and top off with club soda or seltzer.
