Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Rum (Light)
3/4 oz. Creme de Menthe (Light)
3 oz. Eggnog
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
3 drops of Creme de Menthe (Green)
Garnish: Whipped Cream
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients except the green Creme de Menthe.
Pour mixture into a highball glass.
Garnish with whipped cream.
Add a few drops of green Creme de Menthe on top.
