Arctic Summer

Ingredients:

3/4 oz. Apricot Brandy

1 1/2 oz. Gin

1 tsp. Grenadine

4 oz. Bitter Lemon *

Instructions:

Add ingredients to an ice filled highball glass.

Serve with a cherry and lemon slice.

Best served in a highball glass.

Lemon soda that contains quinine, the same distinct additive in Tonic Water, to give it a more bitter flavor.
