The Beach Blossom is a tropical rum cocktail made with guava, pineapple and coconut.
Ingredients:
2 ounces White Rum
1 1/2 ounces Lemon Juice
3/4 ounce Cream of Coconut
1/2-ounce Guava Syrup
1/2-ounce Pineapple juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it 3/4 with ice.
Shake until chilled, then strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with pineapple leaves and an edible flower (if desired).
