Ingredients:
1 1/2-ounce Bourbon (Basil Hayden)
1/2-ounce Pimm's
1 oz. Tea (black)
1/2-ounce simple syrup
6 leaves Mint
Club soda to fill
Orange peel, for garnish
Garnish: Orange and mint
Directions:
Muddle mint and simple syrup in the bottom of a highball glass.
Fill with crushed ice and add bourbon, Pimm's, and cold black tea.
Fill with club soda and stir well.
Garnish with an orange twist and more mint.
