1 1/2 oz. brandy (Hennessy V.S. Cognac)
3/4 oz. spiced syrup
3 drops vanilla extract
5 ounces hot chocolate
1 oz. heavy cream
Garnish: nutmeg
Garnish: dark chocolate (grated)
Steps to make it:
In an Irish coffee glass or coffee mug, pour the brandy, spiced syrup, vanilla extract, and hot chocolate.
Stir well.
Layer the cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Garnish with grated nutmeg and chocolate. Serve and enjoy.
