Caramel Apple Pie-tini
Ingredients:
1 3/4 oz. Bailey's with hint of Caramel
1/3 oz. Smirnoff Twist Green Apple Vodka
1/3 oz. Applesauce
Dash of caramel syrup
Instructions:
Pour the applesauce into the bottom of glass and float dash of caramel.
Shake all other ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, strain and float on top of the applesauce and caramel.
Garnish with a slice of caramel apple.

Apple Cider Old Fashioneds
Ingredients:
1/2 c. ice
2/3 c. apple cider
2 oz. whiskey
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Apple slices, for garnish
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in glass and stir to combine. Serve.

Pumpkin Cider
Ingredients:
2 parts Kahlua Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
Apple Cider
1 squirt Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Build over ice in a highball glass.
Top with cider and stir.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Citrus Highball
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Canadian Mist Whisky
2 oz. Ginger Ale (or soda water)
Lime wedge
How to make it:
Muddle lime wedge in base of Highball glass.
Add Canadian Mist and Ginger Ale or soda water.

Toasty Toddy
1.5 oz. Dewar' White Label
1 oz. Disaronno Amaretto
1 bar spoon honey
.75 oz. lemon juice
3-4 oz. hot water
1 cinnamon stick, cracked
Directions:
In a mixing glass, add one cracked cinnamon stick, lemon juice, bar spoon of honey, Disaronno and 2 oz. of hot water. Stir contents until honey has properly dissolved. Pour contents into toddy glass or wine goblet. Add one or two more ounces of hot water and garnish with a twist of lemon on top.

.5 oz. Canadian Mist Whiskey
1 oz. Irish Cream
1 oz. Coffee-flavored liqueur
How to make:
Add Canadian Mist, Irish Cream, and coffee flavored liqueur to an ice filled cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously until chilled. Strain contents into a shot glass.

The Clover
1 1/2 parts Absolut 100
3 parts Ginger Ale
Lime
Ice Cubes
How to mix:
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
Add all ingredients.
Garnish with lime.

Crimson Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. lemon or lime
1/4 oz. grenadine
3/4 oz. ruby port
Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
Pour in all ingredients except the port,
shake well until chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Float the port on top.

1 Dash Angostura Bitter
1 cl Midori Melon Liqueur
1 cl Blue Curacao Liqueur
Champagne
1 cl Lime Juice
Mixture:
Pour all ingredients (except champagne) into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a pre-chilled flute glass. Complete with champagne.
