Basil Tom Collins

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Reyka Vodka
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Club soda to top
2-4 basil leaves

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker except for soda
Shake, double strain, top with soda and garnish with additional basil leaf.

1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Club Soda

Directions:

Shake all of the juices together with tequila & ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled champagne glass and top with club soda.
Garnish with starfruit slices.

1 part Absolut Citron Vodka

1 part Absolut Mandarin Vodka

1 1/2 parts lime juice

2 parts Simple Syrup

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice and pour on the rocks in a tall glass.

Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Ingredients:

3/4-ounce gin
3/4 ounce dry vermouth
1/4-ounce anisette
1 tsp. white creme de menthe
Maraschino Cherry

Directions:

Shake the gin, dry vermouth, anisette and white creme de menthe in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
Strain the contents of ice in the shaker into a chilled cocktail glass. 
Drop the maraschino cherry into the glass and serve.

1/2 oz. Jose Cuervo Classico
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
2 ounce Sweet and Sour mix
1-ounce Cranberry Juice

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and stir (do not shake) until cold.
Serve in martini glass and garnish with star fruit.
