A Lovely Pear
Ingredients:
4 parts Absolute Pear Vodka
1/2 part Apple Juice
1 part Grape Juice (white)
1 1/4 parts Lime Juice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, shake and strain into 2 martini glasses.
Garnish with a pear slice.

Coffee Flavored Kisses
Ingredients:
1 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1 oz whipped cream
6 oz. hot black coffee
Instructions:
Brew the coffee. Mix the Chambord Raspberry Liqueur and Bailey's Irish Cream into the coffee. Sweeten with sugar to taste, and top with whipped cream.

The Cold Snap
1 1/2 parts Hornitos Plata Tequila (clove-infused*)
1/4 parts DeKuyper Hazelnut Liqueur
1/4 parts DeKuyper Apricot Brandy
1/4 parts Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Combine ingredients and shake with ice and strain into a larger shot glass.
*Add one ounce (by weight) of cloves per 750 ml bottle, let sit for 20-25 minutes.

Hennessy Hot Toddy

1 1/2 oz. Hennessy Cognac VSOP
1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Pour into a glass coffee mug and fill with hot water. Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick and freshly grated nutmeg.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 barspoon of Allspice dram
Directions:
Shake ingredients with ice.
Strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with soda.
Garnish with a lemon wheel studded with cloves.

Maple Bourbon Old-Fashioned

Ingredients:
2 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. water
1 dash bitters
1 orange peel
2 oz. Bourbon
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions:
Combine maple syrup, water and bitters in a glass, stirring until well blended.
Add a few blocks of ice and the orange peel, then pour bourbon on top. (Can add cinnamon sticks)
Garnish with a cherry and serve.

Hard Rocker Cider
Ingredients:
1 cup {Cabo Wabo Renosado} Tequila
4 cups Apple Cider
1 cup Cranberry Juice
1/4 cup Orange Liqueur
1 tsp. Nutmeg
Cinnamon Stick
Instructions:
In a pot or crockpot, heat and stir cider, cranberry juice cocktail, and nutmeg on low just until hot for 2 hours. Do not boil. When ready to serve, turn on high for 10 minutes then stir in tequila and liqueur. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Servings: 6
