Fourth of July cocktail

1 oz. blue curacao
1 oz. peach schnapps
1 oz. clear rum
3-4 oz. club soda
1 maraschino cherry

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill it.
In a shaker, combine the blue curacao, peach schnapps, and clear rum.
Shake well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Gently pour the club soda over the mix to top off the drink.
Stir lightly to combine.
Add a maraschino cherry on top for a festive touch.

Strawberry Fizz cocktail

 

Ingredients: 

                                                        

60 ml Vodka

15 ml Strawberry Schnapps

Top up Lemonade

Method:

 Add the vodka and strawberry Schnapps to a highball glass with ice.

 Stir for 10 - 15 seconds before topping up with the lemonade.

 Garnish with some strawberries and serve.

In this recipe, ginger ale gives bourbon a sweet, zippy, bubbly treatment.

2 ounces bourbon

5 ounces ginger ale

Fill a tall glass with ice and add ingredients. Stir and garnish with lemons.

Shire Flower

Ingredients:

3 oz. Purity vodka

3/8 oz. Elderflower liqueur

3/8 oz. lemon juice

1 bar spoon apricot reserves

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until ice cold. 

Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with small white flowers (optional).

Citrus Martinis

Ingredients (5)

3 cups (750 ml) chilled lemon vodka

1/4 cup (60 ml) Grand Marnier or orange liqueur

1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lime juice

Crushed ice

Orange peel, to serve

Method:

Place the vodka, Grand Marnier, lime juice and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until well combined. Strain evenly among serving glasses.  Serve immediately with orange peel, if desired.
