Ocean Water

Ingredients:

2 oz. Coconut Rum
3/4 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur
8 oz. Sprite® Soda

Instructions:

Pour it all into a glass and stir.  The blue curacao is mainly for color so not much is needed, and if you want to be more alcoholic add a bit more of the rum, and then some vodka or white rum.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. white Crème De Cacao
1 oz. Cranberry Juice

Instructions:

Shake all the ingredients together in a shaker with ice.
Strain the mixture into a martini glass.

Ingredients:

2 oz. 360 Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Midori (or other Melon Liqueur)

Instructions:

Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail (martini) glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

Jelly Bean Martini

Ingredients:


1 ounce jelly bean-infused vodka✳
3 ounces champagne
1 lemon wedge

Directions:

Pour the vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake to chill.
Add the Champagne, and squeeze the lemon wedge into the shaker.
Stir gently, and strain into a glass.

✳To make jelly bean-infused vodka, place 1/2 cup of vodka and 1/4 cup of jelly beans in a glass jar for about 48 hours.  Strain.  Makes 4 ounces.  (Use 1 color of jelly beans for best results.)

.5 oz St. Germain
.5 oz Honey Syrup (equal parts honey and water combined)
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
3 oz. Champagne

Instructions:

Add ice to a shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
Strain into a Champagne flute.
Top with Champagne.

Apple Jack

Ingredients:

2 oz. Apple Brandy
3/4 oz. Orange Curacao
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1/2 Lime Juice



Method: Prepare in a shaker; Glass: Cocktail.

Recipe:

Shake all ingredients with ice until cold and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a slice apple and a strip of orange peel.
