Gin and Tonic Supreme
Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
Tonic Water
Slice of Lime for garnish
Directions:
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add gin and fill with tonic water.
Garnish with a lime slice and serve.

Apple-Ginger (Non-alcoholic)
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Ginger Syrup, recipe below
4 1/2 cups sparkling apple cider
6 cinnamon sticks
6 pieces crystallized ginger
Directions:
- Place 2 tablespoons ginger syrup in each of six glasses.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in cider, and stir to combine. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and fresh ginger, and serve. Serves 6.
2 cups sugar
1 six-inch piece fresh ginger, finely diced
- Place sugar, ginger, and 2 cups water in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer, and cook about 1 hour, until ginger flavor is quite strong. Let cool; strain before using. Store in an airtight container, refrigerated, up to a week.
Makes 2 cups.
To make it spiked, simply stir in a shot of whiskey or Absolute's new Apple-Ginger Vodka.
Cranberry Mimosas
1 lime halved
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sweetened cranberry juice
1 bottle champagne
12 fresh cranberries
4 small sprigs of fresh rosemary
Directions:
Rime champagne flutes with lime and dip in sugar.
Pour 1/4 cup cranberry into glass and top with champagne.
Use a toothpick to poke a hole in cranberries.
Thread rosemary skewer through cranberries and garnish mimosas.

Fall Punch
Ingredients:
1 2-oz. container Pear Nectar
2 c. Spiced Rum
1 c. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Bitters
2 12 oz. bottles Ginger Beer
Pears, very thinly sliced
Directions
In a pitcher, stir together pear nectar, spiced rum, lemon juice, and bitters.
Stir in ginger beer.
Line glasses with pear slices and fill with ice.
Pour pear punch over ice.

Cranberry Juice
Mixture:

Tootsy Pop
This sounds more like a good summer drink.
Ingredients:
4 cl Peach Schnapps
2 cl Midori Melon Liqueur
9 cl Orange Juice
Mixture:
First pour orange juice into the glass.
Then add the Peach Schnapps. Finally pour Midori down the side of the glass, so it forms a layer of green at the bottom. Serve.

High Fashion
Ingredients:
2 oz. Plymouth Gin
1.25 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
1.25 Grapefruit Juice
2 dashes rhubarb bitters
Grapefruit peel (for garnish)
Instructions:
Build ingredients in a rocks glass over ice and stir together.

3/4 oz. Blue Curacao
1 1/2 oz. Gin
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
