Top with the champagne.

Merry Mistletoe cocktail

Ingredients:

1 cup of Vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 oz. Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Irish Whiskey
4-6 oz. half and half or milk

Cranberry Mimosa

Ingredients:

1 Lime halved
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cup Sweetened cranberry juice
1 bottle champagne
12 fresh cranberries
4 small sprigs of fresh rosemary

Directions:

Use the lime to rub the rim of each champagne flute. Dip into sugar and set aside.
Pour 1/4 cranberry juice into each glass and top with champagne.
Use a toothpick to poke a hole through cranberries.
Thread rosemary skewer through cranberries and garnish mimosas.

Recipe Note-
You can opt to use unsweetened cranberry juice if you intend to lessen your sugar intake.

Ingredients:

1 orange cut into wedges
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups cranberry juice
1 liter of seltzer
4 oz. vanilla vodka

Directions:

In a large pitcher, muddle orange wedges with sugar. 

Add cranberry juice and seltzer water to the pitcher and stir well.

Pour in vodka just before serving over ice cubes or chilled glasses.

Recipe Note: For an alcohol free version, you can remove vodka from the recipe.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Apple Cider 
2 oz. Hard Cider Beer, Chilled
1 oz. Honey Whiskey or Bourbon
Splash of Angostura Bitters
Apple slices, optional

Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the apple cider, hard cider beer, whiskey and bitters. Fit with lid, making sure it's tight, shake vigorously.  In rocks glass filled with ice, pour cocktail over ice. Top off drink with additional hard cider beer.  Add an apple slice for garnish, if desired.  Enjoy right away while cold.
