Winter Toddy

Ingredients:

1 oz. Gin (New Amsterdam)
1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
pinch Cinnamon

Directions:

Add gin, maple syrup and lemon juice to a warm Irish coffee glass.
Fill with hot water and stir.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve.

Sweet Heat

Drink Type: MARTINI

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. SKYY Infusions Ginger Vodka
1/2 oz. Pepper (small, seeded Habanero Pepper Slice)
3/4 oz. Agave Nectar 
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
Ginger (candied)

Instructions:

Gently muddle pepper slice in a cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients with the exception of candied ginger, with ice.  Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with candied ginger on rim of glass.

Butternut Coffee

Ingredients:

1 oz. Butternut Schnapps (DeKuyper Ⓡ)
1/2 oz. Amaretto (DisaronnoⓇ)
Coffee (hot)
Whipped Cream
Garnish: Cinnamon

Directions:
Add butternut schnapps and amaretto to a coffee mug.
Fill with hot coffee and stir.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon on top.

Winter Warmer

 

Serves 6 
Ingredients:

1 small cinnamon stick broken into 1-inch pieces 
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup honey
1 bottle dry red wine
6 thin lemon slices

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients except the lemon slices in a 2 quart slow cooker.
Heat on high for one hour or until hot, then reduce to low to hold temperature for serving.
Lade into cocktail glasses and top each serving with a lemon slice.

1 1/2 oz. Celtic Crossing Liqueur

1 1/2 oz. Frangelico

1 1/2 oz. Half & Half Cream

Instructions:

Shake with ice until a good froth has developed.

Strain into a martini glass and garnish with almond slices and nutmeg on top of the froth.

Dash of orange bitters

Instructions:

Add equal parts liquor to hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and garnish with a cinnamon stick or candy cane.

The Winter Gateway drink is made from Boca Loca Cachaca, Lime Juice, Agave Nectar, Mezcal, Pineapple Juice and Cola served over ice in a rocks glass. 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Cachaca (Boca Loca)
1/2 oz. Nectar
Splash Mezcal
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
Cola

Slice of Lemon

Directions:

Shake all ingredients, except cola with ice in cocktail shaker.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with Coke or Pepsi.
Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice.

Broken Heart Martini

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Chocolate Liqueur
2 oz. Current Vodka
1 tsp. Sugar
1 piece Orange
1 tbsp. Cocoa

Instructions:

Combine the sugar and cocoa powder in a saucer. Dampen the outside rim of a chilled cocktail glass by rubbing the orange piece around it, and rim with cocoa powder. Stir together the Absolut Currant and Godiva with ice in a mixing glass, and strain into the prepared glass. Serve.

3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
