Mint-Ginger Caipiroska

Ingredients:

3 slices fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsps. fine sugar
5 mint sprigs
4 ounces vodka, Ice

Directions:

Muddle ginger with sugar in a glass. 
Add mint sprigs
Muddle until fragrant.
Add vodka and ice.
Garnish with mint. Stir.

Blue Ice Martini

Ingredients:

3/4 oz. Citrus Vodka (Burnett'sⓇ)
3/4 oz. Raspberry Vodka (Burnett'sⓇ)
Splash of Blue Curacao
Splash of Triple Sec
Splash Sweet & Sour Mix
Thyme for Garnish

Directions:

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of Thyme.

Spring Cherry Cocktail

Ingredients:

3/4 oz. Cherry Vodka (Three OlivesⓇ)
3/4 oz. Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Tonic Water
Garnish: Lime

Directions:  

Fill a highball glass with ice.  Add cherry vodka, citrus vodka, and grenadine then fill with tonic water and stir gently.  Garnish with a lime wedge.

Sweet - Fox on the Run

 

Pot of Gold

Ingredients:

2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Elderflower Liqueur (for syrup)
4 slices cucumber 
8 leaves fresh mint
1 ounce Ginger Beer
Garnish: Fresh mint

Steps to make it:

Gather the ingredients.

In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber and mint. 
Add the vodka and elderflower
Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, then top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a cucumber wheel and a few mint leaves.
Serve and enjoy!

Shamrock Juice

Ingredients:

1/2 ounces Gin
1/2 ounces White Tequila
1/2 ounces Light Rum
1/2 ounces Vodka
1 ounce Blue Curacao
4 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice

Instructions:

Fill a hurricane glass or parfait glass with ice.
Pour in the liquors and top off with the orange juice
Garnish with an orange wheel and cherry.

Citri-Tini

The Citri-tini is a green colored cocktail made from Smirnoff Lime Vodka, orange vodka, sour mix and pineapple juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass. 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Lime Vodka (Smirnoff)
1/2 oz. Orange Vodka (Smirnoff)
1 oz. Sour mix
1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 slice lime

Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. 
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime slice.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Pearl Coconut Vodka
1 oz. St. Brendan's Irish Cream
1 oz. Arrow Creme De Cacao White
1 oz. Cream

Shake well with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a chocolate swizzle stick.

1 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur 

Cocoa Powder

Instructions:

Wet rim of a martini glass and dip in cocoa.  Combine Vodka and Godiva Liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well to chill liqueurs. Strain into the martini glass. Optional: Hershey's Kiss

• 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
• 1 oz Spiced Rum
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 slice Strawberry
• 1 slice Lemon
• 1 slice Lime
• 1 slice Orange
• Mint
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Garnish: Mint
• Glass: Rocks Glass

Directions

• Gently muddle the fruit and mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and shake gently.
• Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
