Summer Lemonade

The Summer Lemonade is a refreshing summertime lemonade made from Beefeater gin, lemonade and lemon slice, and served over ice in a highball glass.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Gin
Lemonade
Slice of Lemon

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add gin, and fill with lemonade and stir.
Garnish with a lemon slice.

Ingredients:

4 oz. Malibu Rum

2 1/2 oz. Vodka

Strawberry Daiquiri Mix

Instructions:

Blend the alcohol with 10 cubes, then add the strawberry mix and blend again until the ice is crushed.

Pour in 5 cocktail glasses.

Fruit Tingle

Ingredients:

90 millimeters Lemonade
30 millimeters Blue Curacao
1 Dash Raspberry Cordial
30 millimeters Vodka

Instructions:

Fill a hurricane or hi ball glass with ice.
Add the vodka, blue curacao & lemonade, then give it a light stir.
Pour a small dash of raspberry cordial on top.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry.

Catalina cocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz. Vodka

3 oz. Club Soda

1 splash Cranberry Juice

1 slice lime

Fill glass with ice. Pour in vodka and fill with club soda. 

Add a splash of cranberry juice just to make it pink and garnish with lime.

Ingredients:

40 ml grapefruit
Belvedere Vodka
10 ml Cointreau
10 ml Agave Syrup
20 ml passionfruit
20 ml lime juice

Method:

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously to chill.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Fill the remaining gap into your glass with pineapple foam and garnish (Optional)

Ingredients:

3/4 oz. creme de bananes

3/4 oz. peach schnapps

3/4 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur

fill with 1/2 pineapple juice

fill with 1/2 cranberry juice

Pour ingredients as listed above into a Collins glass filled with ice. 
Stir and serve.

Long Island Iced Tea

At the Belmont Stakes, it's Long Island Iced Tea.  Serve this stiff drink in a martini glass to encourage sipping and get in the New York mood.

Ingredients:

Crushed ice
4 tablespoons sweet and sour mix
2 "    "     vodka
2 "    "     gin
2 "    "     orange liqueur
2 "    "     light rum
2 "    "     tequila
2 "    "    sugar-free cola
lemon slices (if desired)

Directions:

Step 1:

Fill cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Add 4 tablespoons sweet-and-sour mix, 2 tablespoons vodka, 2 tablespoons gin, 2 tablespoons orange liqueur, 2 tablespoons light rum, and 2 tablespoons tequila. Cover with lid, and shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into 4 chilled small martini glasses. Pour 2 tablespoons sugar-free cola into each glass. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.

Step 2:

Cocktail Tip Sidestep the extra calories by making cocktails with fresh fruit juices and calorie-free beverages rather than mixes, which are loaded with sugar.

Jimmy Buffet - Volcano

 

Volcano cocktail

Ingredients:

3/4 ounce Raspberry Liqueur

3/4 ounce Blue Curacao Liqueur

Champagne

Pour the liqueurs into a champagne flute. Fill it the rest of the way with very chilled champagne.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel and a couple of raspberries.
