Pumpkin Apple Fizz

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Pumpkin Puree
2 oz. Apple Cider
2 oz. Bourbon
1/4 cup Ginger Beer (4 tbs.)

Directions:

In a shaker, add the pumpkin puree, apple cider, and bourbon.
Shake vigorously and strain with mesh strainer into a glass filled with ice.
Fill to the top with ginger beer, give it a quick mix, add a slice of apple for garnish.
Serve and enjoy!

The Pretty Reckless - Zombie

 

Zombie cocktail

Ingredients:
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. light rum
1 oz. golden rum
1 oz. dark rum or anejo rum
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. cherry brandy
1 tsp. of simple syrup

To mix:
Mix the ingredients well in an ice filled shaker.
Strain into a highball or Tom Collins glass with ice.
Garnish with a pinch of powdered sugar, fruit slice, pineapple stick and mint sprig.

The fruity flavors in this cocktail mask it's alcohol content, but don't be deceived - it still packs quite a punch.

Ingredients:

2 oz. light rum

1 oz. orange juice 

2 oz. strawberry puree

1 cup ice

Directions:

In a blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth.

Pour into a large glass and serve.

Plum Thyme Fizz

Ingredients: 

1/2 sliced Plum
1/4 small sliced Lemon
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 Thyme sprigs
3 ounces Gin (Nolet's)
Splash of Club Soda

Directions:

In a shaker muddle the plum, thyme, lemon and sugar until all the juices are released.
Add the Nolet's Gin to the shaker and shake everything together.
Strain it into an ice filled glass and top it with club soda.
That's it!  A delicious and different gin cocktail to enjoy.

Peach Fuzz

Ingredients:

18 cl. Vodka
18 cl. Pink Lemonade
3 Peaches

Pour all ingredients and ice in a blender.
Blend until ice is crushed.
Place in a freezer for four hours.
Scoop the mixture into highball glasses.
Serve.

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 oz. Cherry Vodka (Stoli Wild Cheri)
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 dash Grenadine
Lemon Lime Soda (Sprite)

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with large ice cubes.
Add the Stoli Wild Cheri Vodka, lime juice and grenadine.
Fill with Sprite and garnish with a lime wheel and cherry.

1915 Gin and Tonic Cocktail

The 1915 Gin and Tonic cocktail is a classic cocktail predating prohibition. 

1 3/4 oz. Gin (Martin Miller)
Tonic Water
Dash Angostura Bitters
squeeze lemon juice

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice. 
Add gin and bitters, then fill with tonic
Add a squeeze of lemon juice
Garnish with a lemon twist.

Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

1 oz. Cake flavored Vodka

1 oz. Spiced Whiskey

2 ounces Apple Juice

1/2 ounce maple syrup

Ground cinnamon, for garnish

 

Steps to make it:

In a cocktail shaker, pour the vodka, whiskey, apple juice and maple syrup.

Add ice and shake well.  Strain into a cocktail glass.
Top with a dash of cinnamon.  Serve and enjoy.

Maple Old-Fashioned

The twist on this classic whiskey cocktail is the perfect companion to the fall season.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Rye Whiskey or Bourbon
1 tsp. Pure Maple Syrup
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel (for garnish)

Step 1

Mix whiskey, maple syrup, bitters, and 1 tsp. water in an old fashioned glass until syrup is dissolved.
Add a single large ice cube, then garnish with orange peel.
