New Year's Sparkler

Ingredients:

1 ounce berry flavored vodka
1 1/2 ounces pomegranate or cranberry juice
3 1/2 ounces Champagne, chilled on top
Garnish: Skewered raspberries

Steps:

Add the vodka and pomegranate or cranberry juice to a chilled champagne flute.
Top with the champagne.
Garnish with raspberries on a long skewer.

Merry Mistletoe cocktail

Ingredients:

1 cup of Vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 oz. Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Irish Whiskey
4-6 oz. half and half or milk

Optional: Green food color peppermint extract, sprinkles and whipped cream.

Instructions:

Mix ingredients in blender. If drink is too thick add additional half and half or milk to thin.
Pour into glass.  Top with whipped cream if desired and serve immediately.

1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy (Bols)
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
