Winter Shandy

Ingredients:

5 ounces Pumpkin-Spiced or Amber Beer
2 ounces Lemonade
1/4-ounce Warm Orange Marmalade
Orange Slice

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice,

stir first three ingredients until cold.

Strain into a chilled highball or pint glass. 

Garnish with an orange slice.

Deep Blue Funk

Ingredients:

1 part Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur

2 parts Malibu Rum

1 part Light Rum

1/2 parts Blue Curacao

1/2 Pineapple Juice

1 splash Lime Juice

Instructions:

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

The Winter Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 ounces Rum
1 tsp. Ginger Liqueur or ginger brandy
1 tsp Pimento Dram
1/2-ounce lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
2 dashes aromatic bitters

Steps to make it:

Gather the ingredients. In a cocktail shaker, pour the rum, ginger liqueur or brandy, pimento dram, lime juice and sugar. Fill with ice.  Shake well.  Strain into a cocktail glass. Add dashes of bitters on top.  Serve and enjoy.

1 part Courvoisier Rose
1 part Courvoisier Cognac VSOP
1/4-part Agave Nectar
1/2-part Lime Juice
1 splash Bitters

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a coup glass.
Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

Pama Toddy

Drink Type: Hot Drink

Ingredients:

3 oz. Brandy

1 1/2 oz. Pama Pomegranate Liqueur

3 oz. Tea (Darjeeling with Cloven)

Instructions:

Brew tea first.  In an Irish coffee mug, pour brandy and pomegranate liqueur.

Pour hot tea and stir. Garnish with cinnamon stick and orange peel.

3 parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
2 parts Orange Liqueur
3 parts Heavy Cream
2 tsp. Powdered Sugar

Instructions:

Stir ingredients together and pour over crushed ice into a small brandy snifter.
Garnish with nutmeg and orange twist.
