Seaside Citrus Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz. Clamato Tomato Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Orange Vodka
Lemon-Lime Soda to fill
1 slice lime for garnish
2 slices orange
2 slices lemon

Directions:

Muddle orange and lemon slices and Clamato in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. 
Add orange vodka and ice and shake vigorously. 
Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with 7-Up, Sprite or other lemon-lime soda.
Garnish with lime slices.

Frozen Summer Slush

Ingredients:

2 cups white sugar
7 cups water
4 tea bags
2 cups boiling water
1 12 fluid oz can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 12 fluid oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups gin

Directions:

Put 7 cups of water in large saucepan, heat on high until boiling.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved; set aside to cool. 
Place tea bags in two cups of boiling water. Let steep until desired strength.
In a large bowl, mix together sugar, water tea lemonade & orange juice concentrates.
Stir in gin.  Place in freezer container and freeze overnight. 
To serve, place several scoops into a tall glass and fill with any carbonated beverage.
Preferably a clear carbonated beverage.  Vodka may be used instead of gin.

Coconut Toastie

Ingredients:

1 oz. White Rum

5 tbsp. Ice Cream

1/4 oz Whipped Cream

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and garnish with shredded coconut.

Hiram Walker - Peach Tea

Ingredients:

2 parts Hiram Walker Peach Schnapps

1 part Lemon Juice

4 parts Iced Tea (freshly brewed)

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a Collins glass over ice.

Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Absolut Sunbeam

Ingredients:

4 parts Absolut Ruby Red Vodka
1 part Honey
3 grapefruit wedges
1 orange wedge

Instructions:

Muddle grapefruit and honey in a rocks glass. 
Fill with crushed ice.
Add Absolut Ruby Red
Garnish with blood orange/red grapefruit.

The Liberté Cocktail

Ingredients:

3 oz. Lillet Blanc
1 oz. Gin
2 dash orange bitters
Garnish: Orange twist

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to your trust mixing glass.
Add ice and stir to chill.
Strain into pre-chilled cocktail glass.
Express twist over drink and add to glass.

1 1/2 parts Jameson Irish Whiskey

Ginger Ale

1 squirt(s) Lime Juice

Instructions:

Pour Jameson into an ice filled glass. 

Fill with ginger ale and garnish with a squeeze of lime.

Directions:

Shake 100-proof rum and orange juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
Garnish with an orange slice.

Summer Hummer

Ingredients:

2 ounces lime vodka
2 ounces lemonade
4 ounces lemon-lime carbonated beverage
5 ice cubes
1 lemon wedge

Place the ice in a tall glass.  

Pour in the vodka, lemonade, and lemon lime beverage
Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Fourth of July cocktail

Ingredients:

1 part Grenadine
1-part Blue Curacao
1 part Cream or Vodka

Instructions:

Fill a shot glass 1/3 of the way with grenadine.
Put a spoon in the glass and pour the Blue Curacao over the back of it.
With the spoon, pour cream or vodka over the back of it to make the top layer.

Blueberry Mojito

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh blueberries
4 ounces rum
10 fresh mint leaves
2 tsp sugar
Juice of two limes
6 ounces club soda
Ice

Directions:

Blend blueberries until smooth and set aside.
Use a muddler or wooden spoon and blend the mint leaves and sugar to the blueberry mixture. 
Stir in rum, lime juice and blueberry mixture together.
Pour into glasses and add club soda and ice.
Garnish with extra blueberries and/or mint.  

Serve and enjoy.  Serves: 2

1/2 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Cranberry Juice (Ocean Spray)
1/4 oz. Lime Juice

Directions:

Shake vodka, Cointreau orange liqueur, cranberry juice and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pablo Cruise - I Go to Rio

 

Green Angel

Ingredients:

1 cl Coconut Rum
1 cl Peach Schnapps
1 cl Pisang Ambon
8 cl or splash Lemonade
Splash of lime soda (Sprite)
Ice Cubes

1 drop blue food coloring

Directions:

Blend pisang ambon, peach schnapps, malibu and lemonade, squash together in a blender. Put ice cubes in a Collins glass and pour the mix over.
Fill up with sprite and add drop of the blue syrup.  Stir and serve in a Collins glass.
