Ingredients:

New Amsterdam Coco Breeze

Ingredients:

1 1/2-ounce Coconut Vodka (New Amsterdam)

Pineapple Juice

Wedge of pineapple

Directions:

Shake coconut vodka and pineapple juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.

Strain into a highball glass full of ice. 

Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Autumn Rickey

Ingredients

2 lime wheels
1 1/2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2-ounce Grade B Maple Syrup
Club soda, chilled on top.

Steps:

Fill a highball glass with ice and add the lime wheels.
Add the maple syrup, lime juice, and bourbon, and then top with club soda.
Stir briefly to combine.

The Summer Sunset

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. tequila
1-ounce dry vermouth
1/2-ounce triple sec
3 dashes orange bitters
Small orange wheel and twist, for garnish

Directions:

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Strain into a coupe over one large ice cube.
Garnish and enjoy.

Soda Water

Add lemon juice, orange juice and grenadine.
Top off with soda water.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 oz. Pomegranate Vodka (Smirnoff)
1/4 oz. Amaretto (Disaronno)
2 oz. Grape Juice (red)
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1 wedge Lime

Directions:

Shake vodka, amaretto almond liqueur, grape juice and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with a lime wedge.

The Harvest Moon may look red when it rises. This is because the Full Moon rises at sunset, and refraction causes more of the red sunlight to come through at that time, giving the Moon a red tint.

September's full moon peaked on Saturday (Sept. 10) but did appear fully illuminated to casual observers in the day before and after its lunar show. It also marked the Harvest Moon of 2022, since this full moon was closest to the September equinox on Sept. 22 that will mark the changing seasons on Earth. 

"Many cultures hold festivals connected with the Harvest Moon," NASA officials wrote on Twitter. "For example, those celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival share mooncakes."

2 oz. Malibu Sunshine (Coconut Citrus Rum)
Grapefruit Juice (pink)
Wedge of Grapefruit

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add Malibu Sunshine Coconut Citrus Rum
Fill with Pink Grapefruit Juice.
Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. vodka
3/4 oz. key lime juice
2 ounces coconut milk
3/4 oz. simple syrup
Garnish: cilantro sprigs

Steps:

Add the vodka, coconut milk, simple syrup and key lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.  Strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice.  Garnish with 2 sprigs of cilantro.

Jameson Julep

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey

1/4 parts Simple Syrup

4 sprigs mint

1 dash water

Instructions:

Muddle three mint sprigs and simple syrup in a highball glass or julep cup.

Add Jameson and stir. Fill the glass with crushed ice, stir and garnish with fresh berries and mint.
