Ingredients:

1 oz. Grape Schnapps

1 oz. White Rum (Cruzan)

Lemon-Lime Soda

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice. 

Add grape schnapps and rum and fill with lemon-lime soda.

Absolut Wicked Witch of the East

Ingredients:

Absolut Mandarin Vodka

1 oz. Triple Sec

1 oz. Lime Juice

1 splash Orange Juice

1 splash Cranberry Juice

Instructions:

Shake and strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a slice of orange.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Vodka

1 oz. Orange Juice

1 oz. Mountain Dew

Instructions:

Mix with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Twenty Thousand Leagues

Ingredients:

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

1 1/2 oz. Gin

1 oz. Dry Vermouth

1 tsp. Pernod Absinthe

Instructions:

In a mixing glass half filled with crushed ice, combine all of the ingredients.

Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

2 parts Absolut Apeach Vodka

1 part Lychee Juice

Instructions:

Pour ingredients over ice into a cocktail shaker. 

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a peach wedge and candied ginger.

Tender Knob

Ingredients:

1 slice Organic Granny Smith or Fuji Apple (1/8-inch wide)
1 1/2 ounces Knob Creek bourbon
2 ounces hard apple cider  
3/4 ounce agave nectar 1 pinch cinnamon
Garnish: Apple slice

Steps:

In a shaker, muddle the apple slice
Add the bourbon, apple cider, agave nectar and cinnamon to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice, then garnish with an apple slice.

Ingredients:

.75 oz. Glenglassaugh "Torfa"
.75 oz. Lairds Bottled in Bond Applejack
.5 oz. real Grenadine
1 barspoon bitter orange aperitif (Campari)
.25 oz. lemon juice
.25 oz. lime juice
3 aromatic bitters  

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
Shake until well chilled and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with Morello cherry.

3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua or Kamora)
3/4 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey's)
Hot Coffee
Whipped Cream

Directions:

Add butterscotch schnapps, coffee liqueur and Irish Cream to a coffee glass. 
Fill with hot coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream.

German Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

3/4 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum

3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao

1/4 oz. Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur

1 Splash half and half

Whipped Cream

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass.  Shake and strain over ice into an old-fashioned glass.  Garnish with four squirts of canned whipped cream (about 3/4 inches high) at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock positions.
