Sparkling Apple Bourbon

Ingredients:

3 oz. Apple Cider
1.5 oz. bourbon
Apples
Spindrift Lemon

Directions:

Pour cider and bourbon over ice.
Top with spindrift lemon
Garnish with apple slice.

Apple Fall Spritz

Ingredients:

Ice as needed.
2 apple slices
1 fresh sage leaf    
3 ounces dry hard apple cider
2 ounces Aperol
Splash of club soda

Directions:

Fill a glass with ice.  Nestle apple and sage in a glass.
Pour hard cider and Aperol into glass, then top with club soda.

Bourbon-Cranberry Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
1 liter (about 4 cups Bourbon)
Orange peels for garnish

Directions:

Combine the cranberries, orange juice sugar and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.  Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and cranberries start to pop, about 5 minutes.  Let cool completely then combine with the bourbon in a pitcher.

To serve, pour into glasses over ice and garnish with an orange peel.

Fall Sangria

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups apple juice, divided.
1/4 cup honey
Ice 
2 cups dry white or rose wine.
1 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cups pomegranate seeds, plus more for garnish
2 Lady apples, thinly sliced into rounds, plus more for garnish.

Directions:

Bring 1/4 cup apple juice to a simmer in a small saucepan, Stir in honey until dissolved. Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice, then pour the juice mixture over it. Add wine, 1 cup apple juice, pomegranate juice, pomegranate seeds and apple slices. Stir to combine. Serve in glasses garnished with more pomegranate seeds and apple slices.

Apple Brandy and Cider

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh apple cider 

4 ounces (1/2 cup) apple brandy (preferably Applejack)

1 ounce (2 tablespoons) dry vermouth

A few dashes bitters. 

Orange twists for garnish, 

Directions:

Combine apple cider with apple brandy, dry vermouth, and bitters.
Divide between 2 ice-filled glasses, and garnish each with an orange twist.

Classic Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 oz. Brandy

1 1/2 tsp. Curacao

1 1/2 tsp. Maraschino Liqueur

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

Instructions:

Prepare an old-fashioned glass by rubbing a slice of lemon around the rim and dipping it into powdered sugar. Shake with ice and strain ingredients into the prepared glass.

Autumn Harvest Latte

Ingredients:

1/4 oz. Monin Hazelnut Syrup
1/4 oz. Monin Caramel Syrup

1 shot Espresso
Fill with steamed milk

Instructions:

Combine ingredients except milk in serving cup
Stir and set aside
Steam milk in pitcher 
Pour steamed milk into serving cup stirring gently.
Garnish

1 part Absolut Vodka
1/2-part Yellow Chartreuse
1 whole Maraschino Berry

How to make:

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients.
Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. 
Garnish with a maraschino berry.
