Cucumber-Shiso Mule


Ingredients:

3 slices of cucumber
2 shiso leaves
1.5 ounce gin
3 ounces ginger beer

Directions:

Muddle 3 slices of cucumber and one shiso leaf in gin.  Add ice and top off with 3 ounces ginger beer.  Garnish with remaining shiso leaf and a paper umbrella, or perhaps a slice of candied ginger on glass.

Vodka Smoothie

6 fluid ounces Vodka
12 fluid ounces Orange Juice
4 scoops Orange Sherbet
1 cup crushed ice
1 cup frozen strawberries

In a blender, mix the vodka, orange juice, sherbet, strawberries and ice.
Blend until smooth.

June Sparkle



Ingredients:

3 1/4 oz. Champagne
1/2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
1 oz. Pineapple Juice


Pour into a champagne flute.
Garnish with a sugar dipped strawberry, and serve.
