Ingredients:
3 slices of cucumber
2 shiso leaves
1.5 ounce gin
3 ounces ginger beer
Directions:
Muddle 3 slices of cucumber and one shiso leaf in gin. Add ice and top off with 3 ounces ginger beer. Garnish with remaining shiso leaf and a paper umbrella, or perhaps a slice of candied ginger on glass.
