English Highball
3/4 oz. Brandy
3/4 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Fill with carbonate
1 twist lemon peel
Pour brandy, gin, and sweet vermouth into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water or ginger ale. Add the twist of lemon peel, stir and serve.

0.5 Cherry Liqueur
1.5 oz. Gin
2 oz. Ginger Ale
2 oz. Orange Juice
Pour all ingredients except Ginger Ale into a shaker. Fill a Collins glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump into shaker. Shake well and pour drink into Collins glass. Add ginger ale, Stir well, garnish with an orange wedge, and serve.

Caribbean Mist
1 ounce Malibu Coconut Rum
1 ounce Midori
1/2 ounce Blue Curacao
2 ounces Pineapple Juice
1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 splash 7-Up
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Pour in everything but the 7-Up, and shake well.
Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass and top up the rest of the way with 7-Up.
Stir a couple of times, and garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.

Bourbon Earl Gray Iced Tea

It's that time again. First Saturday in May.
The Kentucky Derby 2017 - Saturday May 6th.
Location: Churchill Downs, Louisville, Kentucky (today)
Bourbon Earl Gray Iced Tea
Ingredients
3 cups water
1/2 cup agave
1 cup bourbon
3 Earl Gray tea bags
1 teaspoon bitters
2 sprigs of thyme
Lemon slice for garnish
Directions
1. To make the tea: Combine the water, thyme and agave in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring periodically Pour the mixture into a jar, add the tea bags, and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how strong you want your tea (If you like your tea very strong, leave the bags in the tea for longer)
2. Remove the tea bags and pour in the bourbon. Cover the jar and chill
3. Sugar the edge of your favorite rocks glass over ice and a lemon slice and add your sprig of thyme

The candy like flavor combination of Kiwi and Strawberry make this cocktail a fantastic summer treat.
2 parts Milagro Silver
3/4 parts Milagro Agave Nectar
1 part fresh lime juice
1 Strawberry, sliced
1/2 Kiwi, sliced
2 Basil Leaves
Preparation:
Muddle strawberry, kiwi, and basin in a Boston shaker glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish cocktail with a strawberry and basil leaf.
