Ingredients (Non-Alcoholic)

2 quarts grape juice, chilled
4 drops neon purple food coloring
2 liters club soda, chilled
2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions

Pour grape juice into a 6- quart punch bowl; add food coloring. Slowly pour in club soda. Gently spoon ice cream into the punch and whisk to swirl.  Serve immediately.

Fall Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz. Apple Cider
2 oz. Rum
1 oz. Pomegranate Juice

Directions

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine apple cider, rum and pomegranate juice.
Shake well. Pour into glass filled with ice.

Kahlua Pumpkin Scotchie


A martini made with Kahlua Pumpkin Spice Liqueur.

Ingredients

1 1/2 parts Kahlua Pumpkin Spice
1 1/2 parts Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 part heavy cream

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously to mix. Pour in martini glass and serve.

Apple Champagne


Adding a small amount of apple juice to a glass of champagne gives it a delicious smell and festive taste.  Garnish the rim with an apple slice and in minutes you have a beautiful Champagne cocktail.

4 ounces of champagne or sparkling white wine
3 ounces of apple juice
1/4 tsp. of fine sugar

Steps:

Add the champagne and apple juice into a champagne glass.
Stir in the sugar, until dissolved.

Pear Sour

Ingredients

2 ounces Pear Brandy
2 ounces Pear Nectar
3/4 ounces fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 pear slice
Ice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the remaining ingredients except the pear slice.
Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the pear slice.  Enjoy!

The Black Cat

Ingredients:

1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Lemon Lime Soda
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice
Lime twist for garnish

How to Make it:

Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
Add Curacao, vodka and lime juice.  Shake until mixed well.
Add soda and stir.
Pour cranberry juice into a tall glass.
Over the back of a spoon, gently strain the mixed ingredients over the cranberry juice, being careful not to completely mix the two for presentation.
Serve with a cocktail stirrer and a lime twist for garnish.  (Phew!)

Superstitous Spritzer

Ingredients:

2 oz. Aperol
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
4 oz. Sparkling Ice Essence of Tangerine
Orange peel for garnish

Directions:

Combine Aperol and cranberry juice in an ice filled glass, top with Sparkling Ice Essence of Tangerine.  Stir gently and garnish with an orange peel.

Autumn Chiller Cocktail


Ingredients:

1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
2 ounces chilled ginger beer
3 ounces chilled sparkling cider
3 frozen cranberries
Ice



Instructions:

Combine the orange juice, ginger beer and sparkling cider in a glass, top with ice and stir gently to combine. Garnish with cranberries and serve.

Classic Dry Martini

Ingredients:

Cracked Ice
2 1/2 ounces London Dry Gin, such as Beefeater
1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth, preferably Noilly Prat
Green olive for garnish

Preparation:

In mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin and vermouth. Stir well, about 20 seconds, then strain into martini glass.  Garnish with olive and serve.
