Gibson

Ingredients

3 1/2 oz. Vodka or Gin
1/2 oz. Vermouth (Dry)

Garnish: Cocktail Onions

Instructions

Pour vodka or gin and the vermouth into a shaker with ice.
Stir to chill the contents.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.



Comments

Dry means less vermouth.  Extra dry means a lot less vermouth.
The only difference between a Martini and a Gibson is the garnish.
Martini comes with olives or a lemon twist while a Gibson comes with cocktail onions.
