Strawberry Smash

Ingredients:

one serving-
2 to 3 strawberries
2 to 3 basil leaves, plus more for garnish
1 oz. (Stoli) Strawberry Vodka
Fresh lemonade

Directions:

Crush strawberries in a glass.  Add basil leaves and gently bruise.
Add vodka and lemonade, stir, add ice, and garnish with basil.
After just one sip you'll long for another.

30 ml White Rum
30 ml Charleston Follies Liqueur
Lemon Juice
Champagne

Shake white rum, Charleston Follies and lemon juice with ice. Strain over ice in an old fashioned glass. Fill with champagne, garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve.

Best served in a an Old-Fashioned glass.

Flor de Cana Pineapple Daiquri

2 parts Flor de Cana 7 Rum
2 parts pineapple juice
1/3 part fresh lime juice
2/3 part extra fine sugar

Method:

Combine the pineapple juice, rum, lime juice, sugar, 1/2 cup of ice in a cocktail shaker and shake to chill.  Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge.

Light and crisp, this spiked lemonade will taste even sweeter when sipped on a beautiful rooftop.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Vodka, preferably Belvedere
3 oz. fresh squeezed lemonade
cucumber slices
lemon wedges, for garnish

Directions:

Shake vodka and lemonade
Toss with cucumber slices
Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with lemon wedges

The single frozen grape used to garnish this pretty vodka and champagne cocktail also serves to keep the beverage cooler longer.

Ingredients

1 oz. Ciroc Vodka
1 oz. white grape juice
1 splash champagne
1 grape

Directions

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled glass.
Top with a splash of champagne and garnish with a frozen grape.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Orange Vodka (Smirnoff Orange)
1 tbsp. Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Club Soda
1/4 Orange - cut into wedges
Garnish - Orange


Shake orange vodka, simple syrup and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a highball glass full of ice and orange wedges.
Top with club soda and garnish with an orange wedge.

Rum Sunset

Ingredients

12 oz. Orange Juice
3 oz. Light Rum
2 tbsp. Grenadine
Lime slices for garnish

Directions

Combine orange juice and rum. Set aside 1/3 of mixture.
Pour 2/3 of the orange juice mixture into 2 ice-filled glasses.
Set aside.
Mix reserved orange juice and rum with 2 tbsp. grenadine.  Slowly pour into each glass so it settles on the bottom, creating     an ombre effect.
Garnish with lime slices.

Citrus Gin Soda

Ingredients:

1 orange, cut into chunks
18 ounces Gin
4 1/2 ounces Lemon Juice
4 1/2 ounces Simple Syrup
Club Soda

Instructions:

Muddle the orange sections in the bottom of a large cocktail shaker.
Add ice, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup.
Shake vigorously to combine.
Strain into pitcher and store on ice before serving.


To serve:

Pour 4 1/2 ounces of gin-juice mixture into a low-ball glass filled with ice.
Top with club soda and stir to combine.
Garnish with orange wedge and serve.

Ingredients:

3 Strawberries
1 oz. Cherry Brandy
1 tsp. Sugar
1 ounce Fresh Red Grapefruit Juice
2 oz. Tequila
Club Soda

Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries with the brandy, grapefruit juice and sugar.
Add ice and tequila and shake vigorously. Strain into Collins glass filled with ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with grapefruit slices or strawberries.

Bourbon Cocktail

1 1/2 ounces Bourbon
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 ounce. Benedictine D.O.M.
1/4 ounce Cointreau
Ice
Angostura Bitters
Lemon twist for garnish.

Place a cocktail glass in the freezer to chill.
Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, Benedictine and Cointreau in a cocktail shaker and fill it halfway with ice.
Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
Strain into the chilled glass, top with a dash of bitters, and garnish with the lemon twist.

Margo's Mezcal Margarita

Ingredients:

2 oz. Mezcal
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Agave Syrup
1/4 Avocado
Chile Salt for Rim

In a shaker tin, add avocoado and ice.  Shake to break down avocado.
Add Mezcal, lime and agave. Shake until cold. Rim a glass with chile salt.

The Kentucky Sunrise is a peach colored drink made from DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps, Bourbon, Orange Juice and Grenadine, and served over ice in a highball glass.
