3 oz. Gin 

1 tsp. Grenadine

1 handful ice

Tonic Water

Directions

1.      Mix gin, lemon juice and grenadine in a cocktail shaker; pour into a large glass filled with ice.

2.      Top with tonic water. Garnish with a glow stick (optional).

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Kahlua Cinnamon and Spice
3 oz. Sparkling Apple Cider
Small squeeze of lemon

Shake Kahlua and lemon juice and top with sparkling cider.
Garnish with a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon, and an apple slice.

1 1/2 oz. Pumpkin Puree
1 1/2 oz. Vanilla Vodka
2 oz. Apple Cider
1  1/2 oz. Spicy Ginger Ale

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the pumpkin puree, vodka and apple cider.
Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with ginger ale.

Most pear varieties are in season in fall and winter, so it's the perfect time of year for this flavorful drink (though you don't need any of the actual fruit for this recipe.

Ingredients

1 shot (1.5 ounces) pear brandy
1/2 fluid ounce lemon juice
1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup
1 fluid ounce pear nectar
Ice


Prep time:  5 minutes               Yield:  Serves 1

1. Pour the brandy, lemon juice, pear nectar and syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
    Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted.
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Bavarian Coffee

1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 ounce Tia Maria
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
5 ounces fresh black coffee
1 1/2 ounces cream
Whipped cream



Directions:

In a mug stir together the first four ingredients.
Float the cream over the coffee by pouring it over the back of a spoon, top with whipped cream.
