Beach Water

Ingredients:

6 oz. of Hpnotiq  Liqueur
3 oz. Sprite Soda
4 1/2 oz. of Cruzan Coconut Rum

Pour the coconut rum into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Add Hpnotiq until a very pretty light blue (like tropical beach water),
then add some Sprite for a little fizz and some taste.
Mix and enjoy the beach wherever you go.

Club Soda to fill
Garnish:  Lime

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add lime vodka and fill with club soda.

Zacapa Summer Soiree

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Zacapa 23 Rum
1/2 oz. Ginger Liqueur
4 dashes orange bitters
2 oz. orange-guava juice

Directions:

Combine Zacapa 23 Rum, ginger liqueur, orange bitters and orange guava juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.  Cover and shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a rocks glass.

Ingredients:

3 cl Midori Melon Liqueur
3 cl Gin
15 cl Orange Juice
15 cl Pineapple Juice
2 dashes Lime Mix

Shake well with ice and pour into a hurricane glass.
Vary Lemon-Lime mix to taste. Garnish with a lime wedge or a cherry, a slice of orange, and serve.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Goslings Black Seal Rum Ⓡ
1 oz. Goslings Gold Seal Rum Ⓡ
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
Dash Grenadine
Dash Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients and shake until frothy.
Serve over ice and garnish with an orange and cherry.

2 ounces Vodka
1/4 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
4 to 6 ounces Tonic Water
Garnish: Lime wedge or wheel

Gather the ingredients.  In a highball glass filled with ice, pour the vodka and lime juice.
Fill with tonic and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.  Stir and enjoy.

Crushed ice (1 cup)
Cherry or lime garnish

Method:

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until they're smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately with ice.

Combine SKYY Vodka, Triple Sec, unsweetened iced tea, lemon juice, and ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass with sugar rim as garnish.
