Autumn-Tini

The Autumn-Tini cocktail recipe is a mix of fall flavors in a wonderful drink.  Made from Cruzan Rum, hazelnut liqueur, and pear nectar and served in a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with traditional fall spices.

Ingredients:

1 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur (DeKuyper Hazelnut Bliss)
1 1/2 oz. Pear Juice (or pear nectar)
Sugar to rim glass
Cinnamon to rim glass
Cayenne Pepper to rim glass
Orange peel for garnish

Directions:

Wet the rim of  a cocktail glass, then dip into a mix of cinnamon, cayenne pepper and sugar to coat the rim.  Shake rum and hazelnut liqueur and pear nectar with ice, then strain into the glass.

Garnish with an orange twist.

Smurf o Tonic

Ingredients:

2 cl Blue Curacao
4 cl Gin
1 Lime wedge
Tonic Water (Fill to Top)

Pour the gin, Blue Curaco and tonic water into a highball glass half filled with ice cubes.
Stir well.  Garnish with the lime wedge. If you want, you can add the blue curacao after stirring the drink.
Best served in a highball glass.

Autumn Fizz

 

Ingredients:

2 oz. Alibi Gin
.25 oz. lemon juice
Agave Nectar, to taste
Sparkling apple cider
Garnish with thyme and apple

Instructions:

Pour gin in shaker, add lemon juice and agave nectar, shake, and then pour into a highball glass and top with sparkling cider  Garnish with fresh thyme and an apple slice.

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Creme de Banane

1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao

5 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 oz. Light Cream

Instructions:

Blend with 1/2 cup of ice until smooth and pour into a parfait glass. 

Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Club Soda
Garnish with Lime

Ingredients:

2 oz. Brugal Extra Dry Gin
1 oz. Lime Juice
0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
6 Watermelon Chunks
1 Thai Chili

Instructions:

Muddle Watermelon and Chili, add remaining ingredients.

Shake and fine strain over fresh ice, garnish with watermelon.

2 oz. de Razmatazz Liqueur
4 oz. d'apple juice

Method:

Use a shaker for Loco motion drink recipe.
Pour the Malibu Rum, DeKuyper Razmatazz and pineapple juice 

into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice. 
Shake well, pour entire contents of the shaker into a highball glass

 and serve.
