Autumn-Tini


The Autumn-Tini cocktail recipe is a mix of fall flavors in a wonderful drink.  Made from Cruzan Rum, hazelnut liqueur, and pear nectar and served in a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with traditional fall spices.

Ingredients:

1 oz. White Rum
1/2 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur (DeKuyper Hazelnut Bliss)
1 1/2 oz. Pear Juice (or pear nectar)
Sugar to rim glass
Cinnamon to rim glass
Cayenne Pepper to rim glass
Orange peel for garnish

Directions:

Wet the rim of  a cocktail glass, then dip into a mix of cinnamon, cayenne pepper and sugar to coat the rim.  Shake rum and hazelnut liqueur and pear nectar with ice, then strain into the glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.
