Bulleit Rye Smash

Ingredients:

1 1/4 oz. Bulleit Rye
1 oz. Simple Syrup
3 lemon wedges
3 mint sprigs
3 dashes Bitters

Preparation: 

In an ice filled shaker combine all the ingredients.
Shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig.

Lucky Gin and Cucumber

Muddle mint leaves, 1 teaspoon honey and juice from one lemon in bottom of a shaker.

Add ice, 2 oz. gin and Spindrift Cucumber to taste.  Shake well, strain, and pour over ice.

Top with additional Spindrift sparkling water.

Lemon Basil Martini

 

Ingredients:

3-4 large basil leaves
2-3 slices of lemon
1/2 oz. simple syrup
3.5 oz. citron vodka
Splash of orange flavored liquor
Splash of orange juice

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle chopped basil leaves with 2-3 slices of lemon.
Add 1/2 oz. of simple syrup, crushed ice, and shake vigorously.  Strain mixture into a martini glass and serve.

Spring Fling Screwdriver

Ingredients:

5 ounces Orange Juice
2 ounces Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
Splash Grenadine
Ice

Add ice to a cocktail glass. 
Add orange juice and vodka.
Stir to combine.  Add grenadine.
Serve and enjoy!

Pink Grapefruit Gin

Ingredients:

5 ml Gin
25 ml Lemon Juice
25 ml Sugar Syrup
125 ml Soda Water

Method:

Place plenty of ice into a Collins glass. 
Pour over the ingredients and stir gently.
Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.

Peeps Cocktail - Strawberry Mudslide

Ingredients:

1 oz. Vodka

1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Bailey's Strawberries and Cream
1 oz. Heavy Cream
Pink bunny peeps
Simple Syrup
Fine Pink Sugar

Instructions:

Rim a cocktail glass with pink sugar by first dipping the rim into simple syrup and pink sugar.
I an ice filled shaker combine vodka, Kahlua, Bailey's and heavy cream. 
Shake vigorously then strain into the cocktail glass. 
Cut a slit into the bottom of a peep and add to the rim of the glass.
