Pink Grapefruit Gin

Ingredients:

5 ml Gin
25 ml Lemon Juice
25 ml Sugar Syrup
125 ml Soda Water

Method:

Place plenty of ice into a Collins glass. 
Pour over the ingredients and stir gently.
Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
