Vodka (1 part)

1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Lemon or Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer, to top
Garnish: Lemon or Lime wedge

Steps:

Fill a Collins glass with ice, then add the lemon or lime juice.
Top with Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer and stir briefly to combine.
Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.

Wine Slushies Recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups Frozen Raspberries
16 fluid oz. Chilled Rose Wine
1 cup Ice Cubes
1/4 cup Triple Sec

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in your favorite blender or slushie maker and then blend until smooth.  Drink it immediately to prevent it from getting watered down by the ice cubes. Other variations and wines can be used if you prefer them.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Strawberry Liqueur (Wenneker Strawberry)
• 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Lemonade
• 1 Strawberry - for garnish
• Sugar - to coat strawberry
• Garnish: Strawberry, Sugar
• Glass: Rocks Glass

Instructions:

• Shake strawberry liqueur, passion fruit juice, pineapple juice and lemonade with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a rocks glass nearly filled with crushed ice.
• Garnish with a strawberry coated in sugar.

Makes one cocktail

3 oz. Lillet Blanc

1 oz. Hendrick's Gin

2 dashes Orange Bitters

Garnish: Orange Peel

Stir ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with a thin slice of orange peel, twisted over the drink (to release it's essential oils).

Grapefruit-Gin Cocktail Shakes

Ingredients:

1 pint Raspberry Sorbet
1/3 cup Pink Grapefruit Juice chilled
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 cup Gin or Pink Grapefruit Juice
Lemon Slices

In a blender, combine sorbet and 1/3 cup pink grapefruit juice; cover and blend until smooth.  Blend ice cream and gin.  If necessary, blend in additional juice. Divide among four tall glasses.

Garnish with lemon slices.  Makes four servings.
(The Gin can be optional).

1 1/2 oz. Don Q. Rum
1/2 oz. Hibiscus Liqueur
2 oz. Pineapple juice
Dash of Peychaud's Bitters
Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

Red Berry Sangria:

1 oz. CIROC Red Berry
1 oz. Rose Wine
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Berry Tea

Preparation: Stir over ice in a wine glass.

White Peach:

1 oz. CIROC Peach
1 1/2oz. Ginger Ale

Preparation: Stir over ice.

CIROC Blue

1 oz. CIROC Vodka
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Sugar

Preparation: Mix ingredients and serve in a martini glass.

1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Rum (Light)
1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
Sweet and Sour Mix
Cranberry Juice
Lemon-Lime Soda

Instructions:

Pour all the liquors into a glass filled with ice.
Fill it with equal parts of the juices and lemon-lime soda

Yellow Bird Rum Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 oz. dark rum (Appleton Special)
1/2 oz. (45 ml) Creme de Banana Liqueur
6 oz. Orange juice
Pineapple slice

Method:

Build up all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds or so.
Take the mixture and pour it over a glass filled with ice. 
Garnish with the pineapple slice.  Enjoy your cocktail!
