Caramel Spiced Tea

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Caramel Vodka (Smirnoff Kissed Caramel)
2 oz. Chai Tea 
1 oz. Half and Half
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Garnish: Cinnamon, Mint

Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprig of mint.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces gin

1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth

2 dashes Fernet Branca

Directions:

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.

Honeydew Martini

Ingredients:

3 ounces Vodka
1/2-ounce Midori
1/2-ounce Triple Sec

Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice.
Pour all your ingredients in with it.
Shake it up well
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of orange.

Winter Cranberry Cocktail

Ingredients:

4 ounces cranberry juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
5 3-inch-long orange zest strips
4 ounces vodka
cold ginger ale, for serving

Directions:

Combine the cranberry juice, lime juice, agave and 1 strip of the orange zest in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add the vodka and shake until the shaker begins to get frosty on the outside. Strain the cocktail into 4 martini glasses and top each with some ginger ale. Serve with an orange twist from the remaining strips of zest.

Ingredients:

1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Combier Liqueur d'Orange
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

Instructions:

If served down, shake and strain into an old- fashioned glass.
If served up, shake and strain into a martini glass with sugar rim.
Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

Coffee-mate Spiked Coffee Nog

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Coffee
1/3 cup Coffee-mate Eggnog Latte
2 oz. Spiced Rum
Whipped Cream
Nutmeg

Instructions:

Divide coffee, coffee-mate and rum between two mugs.
Top each with whipped cream and sprinkle of nutmeg.

Winter Ginger Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 oz. Ginger Liqueur (The King's Ginger)
1/2 ounce Apple Juice (cloudy)
2 oz. Apple Cider (Hard)
Cinnamon Stick

Glass: Brandy Snifter

Directions:

Simmer The King's Ginger Liqueur apple juice and apple cider for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool, then pour into a brandy snifter.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
