Memorial Day Spritz

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. premium gin
3/4 oz. Monin Lavender Syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

Top with:

2 oz. prosecco white wine
Garnish: lavender sprig, lemon wheel

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass.
Top with sparkling beverage. Garnish.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 parts Grey Goose La Poire
1/2-part St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
3/4-part fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1/3-part fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/3-part simple syrup

Directions:

Rub a lemon wedge around the edge of the glass. Roll the moistened glass in the sugar.  In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Shake well and double strain int a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with pink grapefruit zest.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Mixed Berry Schnapps (DeKuyper)
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
Cranberry Juice

Directions:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add mixed berry schnapps and pineapple juice.
Top with cranberry juice and stir.

Ingredients:

2 oz. bourbon whiskey
2 1/2 oz. fresh lemon sour
1-ounce limoncello
Torn spearmint leaves
Ice
Lemon twist or wheel (garnish)
Sugar (for the rim- optional)

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well for 30 seconds
If you want to put sugar on the rim of your cocktail glass, wipe lemon around its rim and roll it on dish with sugar.
Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a cocktail glass.
Put the lemon twist or wheel as garnish.
Serve and enjoy.

Muddle 1 slice jalapeno in a shaker.
Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with soda and jalapeno garnish.

Orange Blossom Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

Ice as needed
1/4 cup gin
2 tbsp. yuzu or lemon juice
1/4 orange, cut into 2 wedges
1/2 tsp. orange flower water
1 tbsp. Simple Syrup
1/4 cup club soda (soda water)
Orange blossom for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.  Add the gin, yuzu juice, orange wedges, orange flower water and simple syrup. Cover, shake well and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top with the club soda. Garnish with an orange blossom and serve immediately.  Serves 1.
