Pear Flower

Ingredients:

1 1/2 parts Grey Goose La Poire
1/2-part St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
3/4-part fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1/3-part fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/3-part simple syrup

Directions:

Rub a lemon wedge around the edge of the glass. Roll the moistened glass in the sugar.  In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Shake well and double strain int a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with pink grapefruit zest.
