Acapulco Zombie

1 shot Vodka
1 shot Tequila
1 shot Rum
1 dash white Creme de Menthe
1 dash orange juice
1 dash grapefruit juice

Pour the alcohol in first and then finish off the glass with the two juices.  Also, remember, just a little Creme de Menthe, not too much!
Serve in "highball glass".

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Old Forester Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Cream
  • 0.5 oz Peach Purée
  • 0.5 Apple Butter Syrup
  • Pinch of Cinnamon Spice
  • Brown Sugar
  • Peach or Apple (to garnish)

 

 

Instructions

Muddle and strain the Bourbon, Cream, Peach Purée and Apple Butter Syrup into a martini glass with a brown sugar rim. Garnish with your choice of a peach or apple slice.

Evening in Paris

4 oz. Peach Vodka
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz. 7-UP Soda
2 tsp Sugar

Pour the Pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, peach vodka and sugar into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well for 30 seconds. Pour unstrained into a large glass (hurricane or otherwise) and add 7UP. Stir briefly and serve.

Daquiri cocktail recipe

The Daquiri is a classic cocktail made from Cointreau orange liqueur, rum, lime juice and simple syrup, and served in a cocktail glass.

1 oz. Cointreau liqueur
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Glass: Cocktail glass

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Moody Blue
(two variations)

1.
3/4 oz. vodka
3/4 oz. peach schnapps
3/4 oz. blue curacao
Fill with pineapple juice

Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass with ice.
Stir and serve.

Wild Thing


Wild Thing recipe:

1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Club Soda
1/2 oz. Lime Juice

Pour over ice into an Old Fashioned glass. 
Garnish with a lime wheel.

Picadilly cocktail


2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
Splash of  Anisette liqueur
Splash of Grenadine syrup

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail or martini glass and serve.

Clermont

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
3/4 oz. Orange Curacao
1 oz. Soda Water
3 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

In an old fashioned glass carefully muddle the bitters, curacao, cherry and an orange slice. Remove the orange and then add the bourbon, ice and soda. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Autumn in New York

The Autumn in New York drink is made from Apple Brandy, hot apple cider and cinnamon, and served in a sour glass.

Autumn in New York ingredients:

2 oz. Apple Brandy
Apple cider to rim the glass
Cinnamon (to fill)
Garnish: Cinnamon stick, cinnamon
Glass:  Sour glass

Autumn in New York instructions:

Rim the sour glass with cinnamon (wet the rim, then dip it into cinnamon to coat the rim).
Add the brandy, then fill with hot cider.
Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Ginger Gold Rush

MAKES 1 DRINK

INGREDIENTS

1½ oz ginger liqueur (like Domaine de Canton)
1 oz Bourbon
½ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Brandied cherry, for garnish

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the brandied cherry in the bottom of a martini glass. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over the cherry into the glass.

Autumn Bliss (Vanilla, Pear and Vodka cocktail)

12 oz (1.5 cups) pear juice
6 oz vodka
1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped vanilla sugar, for rim
1 cup ice, plus more to serve over

Mix pear juice and vodka in a pitcher or shaker.
Split open the vanilla bean, and scrape the seeds into the juice and vodka.
Add 1 cup ice, then give it a good shake.
Pour into cocktail glasses over more ice and serve with sugared rim.

Makes 4 drinks
