Lavender Sapphire Collins

The Lavender Sapphire Collins is a delightful and refreshing mixed drink that is perfect to pull out at the beginning of spring and summer.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces Bombay Sapphire Gin
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce lavender syrup
3 ounces club soda
Lemon wedge for garnish





Preparation

Squeeze half a lemon into a Collins glass, add lavender syrup and gin.
Stir and fill with ice.
Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Irish Blues

The Irish Blues is a brown drink made from Smirnoff blueberry vodka, Bailey's Irish cream, Cointreau orange liqueur and light cream, and served over ice in a rocks glass.

Irish Blues Drink Recipe-
The Irish Blues drink is a brown drink made from Smirnoff blueberry vodka, Baileys Irish cream, Cointreau orange liqueur, and light cream, and served over ice in a rocks glass.

1 oz. Blueberry Vodka (Smirnoff Blueberry)
1 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey's)
1 tbsp. Cointreau - orange liqueur
1/4 oz. Light Cream
Garnish: Cherry
Glass: Rocks glass

Directions:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
 Garnish with a cherry.

Jack Frost

There are many variations of a Jack Frost drink.

4 cups of ice cubes
1 cup Pineapple Juice, chilled
1/2 cup Blue Curacao
1/2 cup Light Rum
1/2 cup Cream of Coconut
4 slices pineapple

In a blender, combine ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, rum, cream of coconut, until mixed smooth.

Wet the rims of martini glasses with coconut cream, dip the glasses into shredded coconut. 
Pour drink mixture into each glass.  Makes 4 servings.

Fjord


1/2 ounce Aquavit
1 ounce Brandy
1 tsp. grenadine syrup
1/2 ounce lime juice
1 ounce orange juice
 
Shake everything with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
