Ingredients:

2 oz. Asbach Uralt Brandy
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Sweetened coffee (cold)

Preparation:

Place ice cream in a tall glass, add double Asbach and fill up with coffee.  Top with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate.  Serve with a straw and long spoon.

Autumn Apple

Ingredients:

1 oz. Lucid Absinthe
2 oz. Apple Cider
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Ginger Ale
0.5 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

Instructions:

Combine the Lucid, apple cider, cranberry juice, ginger ale and Chambord with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an apple.

Beach Club

Ingredients:

4 cl Light Rum
2 cl Lime Juice
6 cl Pineapple Juice
1 splash Club Soda
1 tsp. Sugar Syrup

Mixture:

Pour all ingredients, except the club soda into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into an ice filled lowball glass.  Garnish with a lime peel and top with club soda.  Serve.

3/4 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 dash Grenadine Syrup


Directions:

Combine rum, vodka, pineapple juice in a drink shaker.

Pour into a martini glass, add a touch of grenadine

Add Bacardi O orange rum and fill with orange juice

45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
10 ml (1/3 oz.) raspberry beverage
10 ml (1/3 oz.) grapefruit juice
Ice cubes
Sprig of mint

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients, except for the sprig of mint in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a wine glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Mint Liqueur
1 oz. Coconut Cream
2 drops Angostura Bitters
2 oz. Coconut Water
3 mint leaves
Ice

In a blender whirl 1/2 oz. clear Rum, 1/2 oz. mint liqueur, 1 oz. coconut cream, 3 mint leaves, 2 drops of Angostura bitters, 2 oz. coconut water, and some ice.  Process until smooth and serve.
