The Beach Boys - Girl Don't Tell Me

Summer Press

Ingredients:

2 1/2 parts Tommy Bahama Golden Sun Rum
1 3/4 parts Lemon Lime Soda
1 3/4 parts Soda Water
1/2 oz. Lime Juice

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and serve over ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge

Alaska Ice Tea

Ingredients:

2 cl Vodka
2 cl Gin
2 cl Rum
2 cl Cointreau
2 cl Blue Curacao Liqueur
Sprite



Mixture:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour all the alcohols over the ice and top with Sprite.
Stir gently and serve.

Surfer's Sunrise

The Surfer's Sunrise drink is a mix of fruity breakfast flavors, perfect for wrapping up a night on the beach. A pink colored drink made from Three Olives vodka, orange juice, pineapple juice and grenadine, and served over ice in a rocks glass.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
Splash of Grenadine
2 cherries for garnish


Directions:

Shake vodka, orange juice and pineapple juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of grenadine, and garnish with a few cherries.

The Berry Fizz is a vibrant blue drink made from Pucker Berry Fusion Schnapps, Vodka and Club Soda and served over ice in a rocks glass.

1 oz. Pucker Berry Fusion Schnapps

Club Soda

Directions:

Add ice to a rocks glass.
Add Pucker Berry Fusion schnapps and vodka,
and fill with club soda.

The French Riviera cocktail is made from Clement VSOP rum, Benedictine and dry vermouth, and served in a chilled rocks glass.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Dark Rum (Clement VSOP)
1/2 oz. Benedictine
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
Lime garnish

Stir rum, Benedictine, and dry vermouth with ice in a  mixing glass.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass, or a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lime twist or an orange twist.

Ingredients:

3 cups Ginger Ale
1/2 cup Peach Nectar
2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

How to make it:

In a pitcher combine the ginger ale, nectar, peaches and ginger.  Serve over ice.

Summer Chiller

Summer is here and the heat is on. The folks at Bailey's felt this ice cream cocktail would be a nice way to cool down.  Who doesn't like ice cream and booze?

Ingredients:

1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
2 scoops coffee ice cream
1 oz. iced coffee

Directions: 

Add Baileys, Coffee ice cream and iced coffee to a blender. 
Add 1 cup of chipped ice and blend until smooth. 
Top with espresso, fresh whipped cream and mint leaf.
