The French Riviera cocktail is made from Clement VSOP rum, Benedictine and dry vermouth, and served in a chilled rocks glass.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Dark Rum (Clement VSOP)
1/2 oz. Benedictine
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
Lime garnish
Stir rum, Benedictine, and dry vermouth with ice in a mixing glass.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass, or a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lime twist or an orange twist.
