Mango Mojito

Ingredients:

2 oz. White Rum or Cruzan Rum
3-4 oz. Club Soda
1 small mango (Very ripe with skin removed)
1/2 lime
5 mint leaves

Instructions:

Blend the mango and rum in a blender and set aside.
Muddle the mint leaves and juice of 1/2 lime.
Add the club soda and rum/mango mixture.
Add a bit more club soda if needed so that the mixture is not too thick.
Gently stir.  Pour over ice in a tall glass and stir again before serving.
Garnish with mint.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Vodka
Club Soda/Carbonated Water
Tonic Water
Garnish:  Lime Wedge

Instructions:
Pour vodka into a glass with ice.
Fill it with half soda water and half tonic.

Ingredients:

2/3 oz. Aquavit

2/3 oz. Lime Cordial

2/3 oz. Vodka

5 oz. SpriteⓇ Soda

Build over ice in a highball glass.

Fill with Sprite and garnish with a lemon slice.

This is a Norwegian classic.

Similar to Blue Mountain Stream.

Springtime Spritz

Combine 1 oz. Sugar Island Coconut Rum

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

3/4 oz. Aperol

1/4 oz. Simple Syrup in a shaker with ice

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Top with sparkling Rosé and garnish with a skewer of pineapple chunks.

 Florida Rum Runner

1 1/2 oz rum
1 oz blackberry brandy
1 oz banana liqueur
1 1/5 oz lime juice
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
crushed ice

Mix in blender until ice is crushed into slushy form. Serve while frozen.

4 ounces Fresh Lemonade

Garnish: Lemon Wheel

Steps:

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice, then add the gin and the lemonade and stir briefly to combine.

Ingredients:

2 1/4 oz. Gin or Vodka
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
Olives

Preparation 

Combine the liquid ingredients in a rocks glass filled with a few sizable pieces of ice.
Stir briefly, about 5 seconds, to chill.  Add an olive or two.  Your work is done.

Double Orange

The Double Orange is a fruity variation of the classic Screwdriver drink.  An orange colored drink made from Ketel One Oranje Vodka and fresh orange juice, and served over ice in a rocks glass.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Orange Vodka (Ketel One Oranje)
3 oz. Orange Juice
Garnish: Orange

Directions:

Add ice to a rocks glass.
Add Ketel One Oranje Vodka and orange juice, then stir gently.
Garnish with an orange twist.

Jacob's Triple Crown

Ingredients:

1 part Jacob's Ghost White Whiskey
Mint Leaves
1/4 part Lemon Juice
Molasses to taste
Pinch of cane sugar

Preparation:

In a Collins glass, dissolve the sugar in a splash of water.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add Jacob's Ghost White Whiskey. Stir in all remaining ingredients until the glass becomes frosty, adding more ice if necessary. (Don't hold the glass in your hand while stirring). Garnish the glass with sprigs of mint.
