Traditional Mai Tai
The Mai Tai is an original Tiki classic that is neither neon-colored nor overly sweet.
Ingredients:
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.25 oz. Rock candy syrup (2 parts sugar, one part water)
.25 oz. Orgeat almond syrup
.5 oz. Orange Curacao
2 oz. premium aged rum
Garnish: Lime rind and fresh mint sprig
Glass: Double Old Fashioned
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously until the shaker is well-chilled and frosty on the outside. Pour (unstrained) into a Double Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with half of a juiced lime and a fresh mint sprig.

Ten Midori
A desert and cocktail in one. Ten Midori is a frozen and slushy treat for the summer. The tangy lime and sweet melon flavors make it a fruity joy and topped with a maraschino cherry, it's an ideal combination.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 ounces Gin (Tanqueray® No. TEN®)
1 ounce Lime Juice
1 splash melon liqueur (Midori®)
1 cup ice cubes
Maraschino cherry
Directions:
In a blender, combine gin, lime juice and melon liqueur. Add ice. Cover and blend until slushy. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with cherry. (Sandra Lee)

Sloe Gin Fizz
There are different variations of this classic drink.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Sloe Gin
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
Splash of Soda Water

In shaker glass with ice, pour in Sloe Gin, Gin, lemon juice

Old Fashioned
2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
2 dashes Angostura® bitters
1 splash water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 maraschino cherry
1 orange wedge
Mix sugar, water and Angostura bitters in an old fashioned glass. Drop in a cherry and an orange wedge. Muddle into a paste using a muddler or the back edge of a spoon. Pour in bourbon, fill with ice cubes, and stir.
