Thai Spring Mojito
Spring is here! In honor of this beautiful season, here's a low calorie cocktail inspired by Thai flavors perfect for this time of year.
Ingredients:
1 ounce White Rum (or Vodka)
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Water
1 pinch fresh ginger, peeled, grated
3 medium Thai basil leaves
3 mint leaves
Juice of half a lime
Club soda
Instructions:
In the bottom of a Collins or mixing glass, muddle the sugar, water, herbs and lime juice. Pour in rum and stir. Top with crushed ice and club soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Absolut Mint Chocolate Martini
1 1/3 parts Absolut Vodka
2/3 parts White Chocolate Liqueur
1 Dash Crème De Menthe, White
1 Whole Chocolate
How to mix:
Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
Add all ingredients.
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a chocolate.

Pink Frost
With all the strawberries popping up, we thought it was time for a cool treat using this seasonal fruit. This dessert cocktail will be a refreshing addition to any Spring day. It's like a white-chocolate-covered strawberry.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. dark Rum
1 1/2 oz. white Chocolate Liqueur
3 strawberries
3 oz. half and half
Instructions:
At the bottom of your cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries with the liqueur.
Pour in your other ingredients and add ice. Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds.
Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
Optional: Rim glass with white chocolate.

1/2 oz. Aperol
1/4 oz. Elderflower Liquor
1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of Grapefruit Juice
Ice
Champagne
Instructions:
In a shaker with ice combine all ingredients except champagne.
Shake well and strain in Rocks glass over ice. Top with champagne.
Garnish with Lemon peel.

Tangerine Martini
Ingredients:
3 oz. fresh Tangerine Juice
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 tsp. Orange flavored liqueur
4-5 ice balls
Directions:
Start by throwing in 3-4 ice balls into your favorite martini shaker.
Pour the vodka, tangerine juice, and orange liqueur on top.
Seal and shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass and enjoy.

Orange Fizz
Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Triple Sec
1 1/2 tsp. Simple Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 splash Orange Juice
3-5 oz. Soda Water
Add the gin, lemon juice, triple sec, simple syrup and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a sour glass. Fill with soda, and top with orange juice. Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.

Ingredients:
4.5 cl Vodka
1 dash Angostura Bitter
6 cl Lemon Juice
Lemonade
3 cl Grenadine Syrup
Mixture:
Fill a highball glass half filled with crushed ice. Pour all the ingredients into the glass and complete with lemonade. Garnish with a split orange slice, lemon slice and maraschino cherry. Serve.
