1 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/4 oz. Elderflower Liquor
1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Splash of Grapefruit Juice
Ice
Champagne
Instructions:
In a shaker with ice combine all ingredients except champagne.
Shake well and strain in Rocks glass over ice. Top with champagne.
Garnish with Lemon peel.
