Pink Frost

With all the strawberries popping up, we thought it was time for a cool treat using this seasonal fruit.  This dessert cocktail will be a refreshing addition to any Spring day.  It's like a white-chocolate-covered strawberry.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. dark Rum
1 1/2 oz. white Chocolate Liqueur
3 strawberries
3 oz. half and half

Instructions:

At the bottom of your cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries with the liqueur.
Pour in your other ingredients and add ice. Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds.
Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

Optional:  Rim glass with white chocolate.
