Spring is here! In honor of this beautiful season, here's a low calorie cocktail inspired by Thai flavors perfect for this time of year.
Ingredients:
1 ounce White Rum (or Vodka)
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Water
1 pinch fresh ginger, peeled, grated
3 medium Thai basil leaves
3 mint leaves
Juice of half a lime
Club soda
Instructions:
In the bottom of a Collins or mixing glass, muddle the sugar, water, herbs and lime juice. Pour in rum and stir. Top with crushed ice and club soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.
